The mind, not the body often stops sports professionals from acheiving their optimum performance. My hypnosis programme replaces the mental doubts, fears, insecurities and uncertainties with confidence, instilling mental confidence. This enables the mind to remain focussed to succeed in the challenge you face, irrespective of how easy or difficult the challenge may be.

With an extensive background in helping both sports professionals participating to the highest levels and semi-professional's. I use the most advance, natural, safe hypnotic techniques reinforced for added effectiveness with NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).

My programme succeeds whatever your sport. I receive positive daily feedback from the Premiership and 1st division Championship footballers, Guiness Premiership rugby union players, UK and european pole-vaulting athletes. Top class and semi-professional skiers who travel to London from Austria, France and Switzerland via recommendation and from many other sporting professionals.

My sports therapy is directed to both teams collectively (usually for motivation and focus pre-sporting event) and in 1 to 1 sessions.

Teams and individuals in the 1 to 1 sessions recommend my services and come back to me after seeing the results in performance, attitude and results.

All my work is focused on getting results in performance and it has been proven year on year to do just that.

Normal practice opening times for appointments are:
Monday-Friday 11am to 9pm
Saturdays 12 noon to 5pm

Please allow 24 hours notice prior to cancelling any appointment or the full session will be due. Cash and cheques are accepted, there are no cash card machines on site.
