Eating & Easy Weight Loss  

This easy weight loss programme uses the safe and natural techniques of hypnosis, enabling you to lose weight without feeling or thinking you are on a diet.

Whilst diets, slimming pills and potions can work short term, they fail long term. My session uses suggestion, hypnosis, and the best bits of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) to bring about permanent changes in eating habits, thoughts about eating and weight control.

So you can stop eating the wrong foods at the wrong times and in the wrong amounts, effortlessly. You will lose weight as a result without feeling that you are losing out on other things.

The medium I use to convey my suggestions is the highly relaxed, natural and safe hypnotic state. You will hear everything I say during the session.

Sessions cost £85 and last approximately 1 hour.

Normal practice opening times for appointments are:
Monday-Friday 11am to 9pm
Saturdays 12 noon to 5pm

Please allow 24 hours notice prior to cancelling any appointment or the full session will be due. Cash and cheques are accepted, there are no cash card machines on site.
