After graduating from Southampton University in Psychology and Sociology, I trained to the highest level in Clinical Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) with experienced & leading UK hypnotists at Elestial Training.

I then practised Clinical Hypnosis at one of London's leading hypnotherapy centres, First Base, in London's Harley Street.

I now run a friendly and highly successful practice at the Yoga Therapy Centre, 90 Pentonville Road, Angel, London. N1.

This holistic centre has been recently acclaimed for its research and practise of a variety of alternative and complementary therapies.

I have treated many clients requiring help regarding smoking, public speaking, nerves, stress, weight loss, memory, concentration and much more.

I am a registered therapist. My NHS Provider Number is 8GP40.

I am also an accredited member of the Clinical and Therapeutic Hypnosis Association (CTHA) and an active member of the the Royal Society of Medicine, home to leading hypnotherapists and psychologists based in London.
